It is good
for you
to be proud of yourself,
yet a slave with too much pride
loses touch with her humility.
When you're
punished to correct this
know it's a sign of spirit
and not your Master's disfavour.
Punishing
you he rejoices!
Blessed are you
if punished for the sin of pride!
Why must you be taught
obedience through pain?
Accepting
the gift of pain
truly proves your slavery.
After pain
washes through you
it leaves submissiveness in your heart.
Accepting
His pain reinforces the rules
which guide and govern your life.
Welcoming
His pain is a true offering,
strengthening your bond with your Master.
Sacrificing
yourself to pain enables you,
and thus you rise in your Master's eyes.
Would you have it any other way?
As a slave you learn
to displease your Master
brings punishment:
bearable, unpleasant.
As a slave
you crave
sex in punishment
to bring joy:
erotic rapture.
Once you're
conditioned,
dare you ask,
"Which is it to be
tonight, dear Master?"
If you are a well-trained slave,
you are not forced into obedience.
Yet, lest
you forget its sting,
your Master will at times remind you
how his whip bites.
It is amusing
how
even obedient and loving slaves
cannot escape punishment!
A true slave loves her Master's hand
not only for the joy it brings,
but even the pain as well.
Is this
what you feel in your heart
when you kiss his hand?
Three Fundamental Rules
guide both Master and slave,
assure continuity, and
maintain propriety.
First,
STRIVE NOT FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE,
BUT DO NOT GIVE UP EASILY.
Second,
GIVE WHAT IS REQUIRED,
AND GENEROUSLY.
Third,
LOVINGLY CORRECT ALL ERRORS,
BUT SEVERELY DISCIPLINE DISOBEDIENCE.
Simple and
clear to understand,
but not so easy to follow,
yet failing to abide by them,
means ultimately parting.
